Every citizen is assigned a social score that determines their place in society. Government-mandated technology monitors daily life, public behavior, and personal associations. Those who follow the rules are rewarded. Those who fall out of favor risk losing everything.

Colleague Addison knows how to play the game.

A hardworking husband and father, he has spent years carefully maintaining his family's standing. He posts the approved messages, follows the required routines, and presents himself as a loyal citizen.

But behind closed doors, Addison and his wife, Marsha, live a dangerous double life. Their faith, their private beliefs, and their connection to an underground religious community would make them enemies of the state.

When Addison witnesses an act of cruelty he cannot ignore, a split-second decision threatens to expose everything.

Suddenly, the system he has spent his life navigating becomes his greatest enemy.
