About the Studio

Long before founding Baba Jaga Productions, Brent Golembiewski dreamed of becoming an animator.

As a child, he brought his GI Joe action figures to life through homemade animation, filled pages with flip-book drawings, and eventually created a claymation film in high school. His ambition was to become a Disney animator, helping create the kinds of unforgettable stories and characters that had captured his imagination.

But life had other plans.

Brent joined the United States Air Force, where he built a career that took him from electronic warfare to the cockpit as a military helicopter pilot. He later became an entrepreneur, founding and operating his own aviation charter company.

Yet his passion for storytelling never disappeared. Throughout the years, he continued creating original science-fiction and fantasy worlds, developing stories that would eventually become the foundation of Baba Jaga Productions.

Today, as a husband, father of two, and author, Brent sees an extraordinary opportunity to return to the dream that first inspired him.

Advances in animation, digital filmmaking, and emerging creative technologies are making it possible for independent storytellers to bring ambitious worlds to life in ways that were once out of reach.

For Brent, founding Baba Jaga Productions isn't simply the beginning of a new business.

It's a return to a childhood dream—and the opportunity to finally bring those stories to life.

His vision is to build an independent entertainment studio that combines the heart of traditional storytelling with the possibilities of modern production technology, creating adventures that families can experience, share, and remember for generations.
